| Leading the Transaction Monitoring and Risk Containment Unit for Corporate, Institutional & Investment BankingDeveloping & Monitoring Control reports/rules for different types of transactions & Special purpose accountsConducting CDD & EDD to stay compliant with AML regulations and mitigate fraud-related risks and ensure organization is protected against possible losses or liabilities Network with Banks/Peers and understand emerging fraud patterns from a strategic perspective and thereby develop effective controls, systems & processesAnalysis and proactive changes in RCU policy/coverage.Tracking and investigating suspected cases through field investigation/forensic auditInvestigating Unusual Events to ensure timely closure and plug in controls for lapses identified through proactive & hind-sighting measuresHandling Statutory / Legal Notices and liaison with Legal, Compliance & other regulatory authorities Managing Risk analysis/Fraud trend analysis/UE analysis, investigation co-ordination, investigation report drafting and finalization |
| Job Requirements: |
| Graduate/PG with minimum 10-12 years of Banking experience Exposure to Risk Containment/Monitoring /Control/Compliance/AML functions Knowledge of Banking operations Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Should have eye for detail & be meticulous Strong communication (Oral and Written) & Networking Skills Good knowledge of MS Office Positive attitude & team player Excellent co-ordination skills and team management |
