Job Description:-
- 15 years or more overall experience in BFSI domain. 5+ years’ experience in Delivery Management with client interfacing role and ensuring highest level of client satisfaction
- Experience in process automation through RPA / software development / API integrations etc.
- Should be able to provide and design solutions for new implementations or changes.
- Prior experience in Digital Transformation initiatives
- Should be aware of new technologies in market and can evaluate its fitment.
- Prior experience with products like SAP /CRM would be added advantage
- Prior experience in development and managing team
- Prior experience in Managing Implementation projects along with implementation partner
- Project /Program Management experience in handling complicated software projects as per KPI defined. Handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Project Management skills (Risk, scope, budget, Timelines management, etc.). Should be able to draw up outcome based project plans with budgeting, scoping and other project constraints.
- Experience in people management. Should be able to manage a team of 20+ resources. Lead teams from various cross functional domains to achieve single objective, drive teams from various domains
- Experience in getting team out of crisis situation.
- Experience in Vendor management
- Prior experience in Product Evaluation would be good
- Provide Production Support post implementation as per ITIL framework.
- Team building and Mentoring
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be able to interact with CXOs, MD/CEO/COO and Board members and have excellent presentation skills
Technical Qualifications
- Tech – Java (Spring/Spring Boot), Angular JS/React JS, MySQL/PostGres, MicroServices, devops,mobile app development,API Gateways, Web services, Python
- Experience in cloud technologies like AWS/Azure would be good
- Knowledge of ETL /Data Warehouse/ Data visualization required
- Working knowledge of AI/ML would be good
- Large system development /implementation experience, developed systems with large data size with excellent knowledge of data management and data security
Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2) would be preferred
