| Job Purpose | This role is responsible for Prodcution support & maintenance of Wholesale banking applications ( Trade & Supply Chain Finance) |
| Primary Responsibilities | • Understanding and troubleshooting of issues, guiding L1/L2 team for e-2-e closure. • Issue Analysis and providing resolution thereafter. • Liasing with multiple Teams & stakeholders as part of PROD support in and outside IT. • Engagement with vendor partners for issue resolution as per defined SLA’s. • Implementing monitoring tools on the application to identify and close issues. • Publishing dashboard of open issues with stake holders along with time lines. • Documenting the learnings along with steps for future reference to reduce TAT. • Knowledge on deployement of application. • Should be capable to handle concurrent issues. • Understanding application technical landscape both app and DB. |
| Pre-Requisites | • Knowledge in RDBMS, Java and handling Linux/Windows Server is must. • Solution Oriented, knowledge of Trade and SCF domain is an advantage. • Knowledge on application life cycle – concept, design, architecture, testing, Release Process, Deployment, and sanity of application. • Knowledge on Industry standard monitoring tools would be an added advantage. • Good communication skills • Good skills of managing internal and external Customers. • Able to work under pressure and meet Deadlines. • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in attaining the work in hand. • Excellent organisational skills. • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility. • Able to manage and prioritise tasks in an efficient manner. • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks. • A passion for High-Class Service Delivery & excellent class Customer Experience |
