 Job Description-:

As discussed yesterday, PFB Broad JD pointers for the RM profile in IDF (KMBL Entity).

Hiring Managers are Jai Doshi & Paras Modi.

Team: Product Team for long term Infrastructure Finance for KMBL

Role would revolve around the following activities primarily

  • Business development and identification of long term lending opportunity in the various infrastructure sectors  
  • Financial modelling and finalizing the structure  
  • Negotiating and finalizing the term sheet with client
  • Preparation of presentations for internal discussions
  • Working with the business RM in obtaining internal credit approval
  • Assist the business RM in closing the documentation of the deal
  • Assist the business RM in disbursement of the debt facility sanctioned to client
  • Monitoring and post disbursement activities in the portfolio
