  1. Position Purpose
The position will work on originating and executing transactions in mezz/structured financing space. The concerned person should have: Real Estate Sector View and portfolio distribution call Real Estate Debt/ Mezz Structuring ability – StrongHave relationships with developers/ funds/ agents/ liaisoning officer/ lawyers.

Position Responsibilities

1Origination support to RM teams for Real Estate financing mandatesAssists in the underwriting process of real estate transactions Financial due diligence of Real estate proposals and develop financial / cash flow models to analyze opportunitiesPreparation of approval note and strategy papers to be presented to the approving authorities conduct research on the property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams working with DCM/ RM portfolio as appropriate to execute transactions assist senior staff in the selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring of relationships and investmentsParticipates in due diligence meetings with partners and external advisorsCoordinates closing activities internally and externallyMonitor of Real Estate portfolio
