Key aspects to look for:

  • Risk assessments
  • Compliance testing
  • Tranche 3 testing
  • Implementation of SAS taken on board for creating the regulatory obligation register, cascading the regulations and tracking compliances
  • Conducting RAR points testing before submitting to the SSM team (recently imposed by the regulator)
  • Deal with both RBL Bank board & RBI as well
