- Position Purpose
| The position directly shapes CBS strategies and execution of the same carries Technology & product responsibilitybuilds important/influencing contacts with key stakeholders (internal and external)is responsible for decisions / activities that have significant impact on bank’s roadmap for CBS.takes complete ownership of CBS application platformensures projects are delivered on time with a world class quality, within budget and agreed scope Guides the teams to work with internal and external partners on Finacle.Oversees all 3 functions for CBS: Run the Bank, Change the Bank & Transform the BankProvides optimum technology solutions and support. |
- Position Responsibilities
| Sr. | Key Responsibilities |
| 1 | Strategic: Set strategic direction on CBS to provide support to Business growth plans.Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple stakeholders with strong understanding of CBS and underlying technology requirements |
| 2 | Change: Be fully accountable for execution of projects in CBSDrive the team to implement and deliver projects and enhancements in CBSAdvise the team on strategies & experimentation to achieve business goals with minimal disruption and significant cost savings |
| 3 | Stakeholder: Manage multiple stakeholders, both internal & external. |
| 4 | Uptime: Ensure 99.9999% availability of CBS |
| 5 | Incident Management: SLA’s are metPermanent solutions are put in place to avoid recurrence |
| 6 | Audit/GRC: Guide the teams to manage the Audits conducted by ISG and IA team for the Core Banking Applications.Ensure there are minimum audit observations and close the open observations as per the timeline provided.Comply with the IT Governance Policy and Process for the Change and Release Management. |
| 7 | Budget: Manage and monitor the CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization |
- Qualifications and Experience Requirement

| Essential | 15+ Yrs Graduate minimum, PG or Management graduate preferred |

| Essential | Strong CBS technology skills and functional understandingExposure to information security and compliance requirements Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders including multiple vendor teamsProject management experience10+ Yrs experience in a relevant domain, managing similar applications |
