Position Title: Information Technology Manager
Location: Bangalore
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Senior Management

  5. Support and Troubleshooting:
  6. Vendor and Budget Management:
  7. Innovation and Automation:
  8. Reporting and Documentation:

Key Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector.
    • Hands-on experience with financial systems, compliance requirements, and digital transformation projects.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, database systems, and cloud technologies.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
    • Knowledge of fintech applications, APIs, and system integration.
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
