  1. Position Purpose
Purpose is to hire a replacement of resource who has resigned.

Position Responsibilities

Sr.Key Responsibilities(Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)
1Candidate will be the head of Messaging & Collaboration Unit – Fully responsible for BAU Operations. Resolving all IT incidents and requests reported by RBL Bank users, related to emails.Handling escalations, liaising with other support functions and driving issues to closure.
2Candidate must possess advanced competency levels of O365 / Exchange messaging platform. Act as O365 Subject Matter Expert within the bank and responsible for delivering enterprise-sized O365 solutions. You will be working with business & technology key stakeholders to understand their requirements & to design O365 solutions that will improve our employee experience.
3Act as a mentor / supervisor for Office 365 administrators. Conducting periodic reviews with Vendor for their performance.
4Managing all workloads of Office 365 for RBL Bank. Eg: Exchange Online, MS Teams, One-Drive, Sharepoint, Intune, etc
5Looking after Tenant administration, Identity & Access management, O365 Security policies, Azure AD integration with 3rd party applications, AD Connect Server.
6Responsible for emptying Dell EMC email archival solution, so that it can be decommissioned.
7Responsible for Cisco Email Security appliance (ironport) administration & troubleshooting.
8Responsible for preparing & adhering to budget related to Messaging platform. Ordering additional O365 licenses incase of user growth. Ensure that purchase requests are raised timely, follow-ups for releasing the PO & clearing the payment invoices.
9Fully responsible for compliance related to Messaging & Collaboration platform. Facing audits & ensuring that open audit points are promptly closed.
10Actively involving in Technology rollouts & Projects – Data migration from File-server to Sharepoint, deploying tools & automation bank-wide, running O365 adoption programmes, organising instructor-led trainings from Microsoft, etc.

EssentialEducational Qualification – Graduate with degrees like BE, B.Tech, BCA, Bsc-IT, ITIL V3 foundation Certified

Technical & FunctionalStrong Technical expertise on O365 applications (e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams, etc).Preferably candidate should have knowledge of Banking environment.Basic knowledge of Incident management, problem management, ITIL framework& processes.  
BehavioralGood communication skills, decisive, collaborative style of working with other tech teams. Efficient in building relationships / rapport with business stakeholders.
