| Reporting to | Manager – Middleware |
| Location | Mumbai / Pune |
| Job Purpose | This role is accountable & responsible for Deploying and Supporting Middleware Applications using Middleware products.Work as a team to Production Support of Various Applications. |
| Primary Responsibilities | • Production support with middleware technologies • Knowledge on Unix /Linux/IBM AIX/Windows OS server functionality • Basic understanding of RDBMS and able to do daily operation activity • Good IT infrastructure knowledge and backups • Should have worked/experience on IIB , MQ , AppConnect for at least 3 years • Should have architecture understanding of internet based application #experience • Should be ready to work in shifts (including night shifts and holidays) • Able to communicate in English (verbal/written) |
| Pre-Requisites | • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to work under pressure • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working • Self-motivation and able to take responsibility • Able to manage and prioritise tasks in an efficient manner. • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks |

| Qualification | BE/Btech/Graduation |
| Certifications | 1. Technical certifications if any will be preffered , 2. ITIL |
