Job Description – National Head Investment Services
Education : MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial discipline
AMFI / NISM certified
Experience : 15 years + with extensive exposure to handling Investment Portfolio for a region / country Level
Key Skills :
Strong technical understanding of capital markets
Ability to manage and motivate various channels to contribute and overachieve targets
Strategize / plan focus areas for the months /quarter given market circumstance
Meet HNI investors along with team to provide technical inputs
Revenue focus and orientation
Key Roles :
Managing Investment Councilors pan India
Achievement of revenue goals through Branches and segments
Ensuring growth of AUM’s are per objective set
Strategy formulation and implementation along with various branches and segments
Work with fund houses and central support team on product structuring and positioning
Work with teams so that all channels deliver desired productivity
Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
Portfolio construction and review for clients at a desired frequency
