Job Description

Role Summary: Lead OD Interventions associated with interpreting and delivering business and Human Resources strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Development
    • Study organization health and formulate Leadership development strategies and initiatives
    • Liaison with the key Talent Management Stakeholders to define the Talent landscape for the organization.
    • Plan, Design, develop and implement effective leadership interventions within the organization across levels.
    • Liaison with the performance management and talent management team to feed in the required details about the potential talent.
    • Develop evaluation & effectiveness mechanisms for deployed leadership interventions.
    • Manage Budget for Leadership and allocate resources basis expertise.
  • Succession Planning
    • Align and modify succession approach as per regulatory guidelines and bank’s growth plans.
    • Identification of critical roles in the bank.
    • Identification of successors for the critical roles and designing differentiated development strategies for them.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the end-to-end process of talent development and retention process.
  • Liaise with the Talent Council for career/succession/development decision of key talent (HIPO) of the Bank and share outcomes with respective HR COEs
  • Study the trends, best practices & tools in Talent Management that can be used & leveraged upon in the Bank to create a robust talent pipeline

Success Measures:

  • Successful implementation of LDP programs
  • LDP success metrics – participant feedback, manager feedback, business ROI, promotions/role enhancements, etc.
  • Successor pool identification for all critical roles
  • Minimal RBI queries on succession planning

Knowledge / Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Any

Master’s Degree – Human Resources
