Job Title: Sr. HR Manager Generalist & Talent Acquisition

Location: Mumbai – Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi


Experience: 5 to 8 years in NBFC hiring

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in NBFC recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and a proven track record in attracting top talent for various roles
within an NBFC. Especially SME, MSME, Mid Corporate & Corporate Lending space

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Will Manage the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding on their own.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, and social media, to identify the right candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
Offer & Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations and ensure a smooth offer rollout process.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s hiring reputation through strategic outreach and engagement initiatives.
Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics using Excel and PowerPoint.
 
Key Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within an NBFC.
Strong knowledge of Banking/NBFC sector hiring trends and challenges.
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mid to senior-level roles.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report-making for tracking and presenting recruitment data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
